Hrisantemil difosfat sintaza (EC 2.5.1.67, CPPaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dimetilalil-difosfat:dimetilalil-difosfat dimetilaliltransferaza (formira hrisantemil-difosfat).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2 dimetilalil difosfat difosfat + hrisantemil difosfat
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan divalentni metalni jon. Mg2+ je podesniji od Mn2+.
