Hlorofilaza (EC 3.1.1.14, CLH, hlaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom hlorofil hlorofilidohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

hlorofil + H2O fitol + hlorofillid

Ovaj enzim je prisutan u višim biljkama, diatomima, i u zelenim algama.
