Histidin kinaza (EC 2.7.13.3, EnvZ, histidinska kinaza, histidin proteinska kinaza, protein histidinska kinaza, proteinska kinaza (histidin), HK1, HP165, Sln1p) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:protein-L-histidin N-fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + protein L-histidin ADP + protein N-fosfo-L-histidin

U ovu enzimsku grupu su svrstane protein-histidin kinaze čije mesto fosforilacije nije poznato.
