Hidroksimandelonitrilna lijaza (EC 4.1.2.11, hidroksinitrilna lijaza, oksinitrilaza, Sorghum hidroksinitrilna lijaza, (S)-4-hidroksimandelonitril hidroksibenzaldehid-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (S)-4-hidroksimandelonitril 4-hidroksibenzaldehid-lijaza (formira cijanid).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (S)-4-hidroksimandelonitril cijanid + 4-hidroksibenzaldehid
Ovaj enzim ne deluje na alifatične hidroksinitrile.
