Hesperidin 6-O-alfa-L-ramnozil-beta-D-glukozidaza (EC 3.2.1.168, Hesperidin 6-O-alpha-L-rhamnosyl-beta-D-glucosidase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom hesperetin 7-(6-O-alfa-L-ramnopiranozil-beta-D-glukopiranozid) 6-O-alfa-ramnopiranozil-beta-glukohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:
- hesperidin + H2O hesperetin + rutinoza
Ovaj enzim je veoma specifičan za 7-O-vezane flavonoid beta-rutinozide.
