Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C. je američki televizijski sitkom koji se originalno prikazivao na programu mreže CBS od 25. septembra 1964. do 2. maja 1969. Predstavljao je spinoff popularnog sitkoma The Andy Griffith Show, a pilot mu je predtavljalo finale četvrte sezone The Andy Griffith Showa 19. maja 1964. Serija je na programu ostala 5 sezona, te je ukupno snimljeno 250 epizoda.

Glavni junak je bio Gomer Pyle (koga je tumačio Jim Nabors), naivni ali dobroćudni radnik na benzinskoj pumpi iz gradića Mayberryja u Sjevernoj Karolini, koji se prijavio u američke marince. Radnja serije je pratila njegove pustolovine u službi, a stalne likove su predstavljali njegov temperamentni narednik Vince Carter (koga je tumačio Frank Sutton) te prijatelj Duke Slater (koga je tumačio Ronnie Shell).

Iako je emitiranje serije koincidiralo sa eskalacijom vijetnamskog rata, u epizodi se nije govorilo o tim događajima, pa je ona sve vrijeme zadržala popularnost, uključujući i posljednju sezonu. Njeno skidanje s programa je bilo uvod u tzv. ruralnu čistku na CBS-u.
