Glutation g-glutamilcisteiniltransferaza (EC 2.3.2.15, fitohelatinska sintaza, gama-glutamilcistein dipeptidilna transpeptidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom glutation:poli(4-glutamil-cisteinil)glicin 4-glutamilcisteiniltransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- glutation + [Glu(-Cys)]n-Gly Gly + [Glu(-Cys)]n+1-Gly
