George Periolat (5. februar 1874 - 20. februar 1940) bio je američki kazališni i filmski glumac. Rodio se u uglednoj čikaškoj porodici, kao unuk vlasnika pivare Napoleona Periolata. Glumačku karijeru je započeo na Broadwayu, a na film je došao radeći za čikaški studio Essanay. Godine 1911. se preselio u Hollywood gdje će tokom dvije decenije nastupiti u oko 170 različitih filmova, uglavnom nijemih. Kao i brojne njegove kolege, nije se znao prilagoditi zvučnoj tehnologiji, te je početkom 1930-ih prestao snimati. Izvršio je samoubistvo popivši arsen u svojoj hollywoodskoj kući.
