Fosfatidilinozitol-3,4-bisfosfatna 4-fosfataza (EC 3.1.3.66, inozitol-3,4-bisfosfat 4-fosfataza, D-mio-inozitol-3,4-bisfosfat 4-fosfohidrolaza, fosfoinositide 4-fosfataza, inozitol polifosfat 4-fosfataza, inozitol polifosfat 4-fosfataza tip II) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 1-fosfatidil-1D-mio-inozitol-3,4-bisfosfat 4-fosfohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 1-fosfatidil-mio-inozitol 3,4-bisfosfat + H2O 1-fosfatidil-1D-mio-inozitol 3-fosfat + fosfat
Ovaj enzim ne zavisi od Mg2+ jona.
