Flavanon 3-dioksigenaza (EC 1.14.11.9, naringeninska 3-hidroksilaza, flavanonska 3-hidroksilaza, flavanonska 3beta-hidroksilaza, flavanonska sintaza I, (2S)-flavanonska 3-hidroksilaza, naringenin,2-oksoglutarat:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (3-hidroksilacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom flavanon,2-oksoglutarat:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (3-hidroksilacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Za rad ovog enzima se neophodni Fe2+ i askorbat.
