Eliot Laurence Spitzer (10.6. 1959.-) je američki advokat i bivši demokratski političar. Na mjestu guvernera New Yorka je služio od januara 2007. do ostavke 17.3. 2008. izazvane otkrićem da se služio uslugama mreže elitnih prostitutki.
