Ekso-alfa-bergamotenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.81, trans-alfa-bergamoten sintaza, LaBERS (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2E,6E)-farnezil difosfat lijaza (ciklizacija, formira (-)-ekso-alfa-bergamoten).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (2E,6E)-farnezil difosfat (-)-ekso-alfa-bergamoten + difosfat
Ovaj enzim sintetiše smešu seskviterpenoida.
