Charles Thomas "Chuck" Close (5. jul 1940 -) je američki slikar i fotograf koji je stekao slavu zahvaljujući masivnim fotorealističkim portretima. Kolaps kičmee arterije 1988. ga je učinio paraliziranim, ali je nastavio slikati i dan-danas su njegova djela tražena među muzejima i sakupljačima umhetnina. Trenutno živi u njujorškom West Villageu[1] and in Bridgehampton, New York.[2]
