Bis-g-glutamilcistin reduktaza (EC 1.8.1.13, NADPH2:bis-gama-glutamilcisteinska oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom gama-glutamilcistein:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

2 gama-glutamilcistein + NADP+ bis-gama-glutamilcistin + NADPH + H+

Ovaj enzim je visoko specifičan.
