Beta-N-acetilgalaktozaminidaza (EC 3.2.1.53, N-acetil-beta-galaktozaminidaza, N-acetil-beta-D-galaktozaminidaza, beta-acetilgalaktozaminidaza, beta-D-N-acetilgalaktozaminidaza, N-acetilgalaktozaminidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom beta-N-acetil-D-galaktozaminid N-acetilgalaktozaminohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hidroliza terminalnih neredukujućih N-acetil-D-galaktozaminskih ostataka u N-acetil-beta-D-galaktozaminidima
