Arabinogalaktan endo-1,4-beta-galaktozidaza (EC 3.2.1.89, endo-1,4-beta-galaktanaza, galaktanaza, arabinogalaktanaza, ganB (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom arabinogalaktan 4-beta-D-galaktanohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Enzim specifično hidrolizuje (1->4)-beta-D-galaktozidne veze u tipu I arabinogalaktanima
Ovaj enzim iz bakterije Bacillus subtilis hidrolizuje beta(1->4) veze prisutne u tipu I biljnih arabinogalaktana.
