Aminoacilaza (EC 3.5.1.14, dehidropeptidaza II, histozim, hipurikaza, benzamidaza, acilaza I, hipuraza, amidokiselinska deacilaza, L-aminoacilaza, acilaza, aminoacilaza I, L-aminokiselinska acilaza, alfa-N-acilaminokiselinska hidrolaza, dugoacilna amidoacilaza, kratkoacilna amidoacilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-acil-L-amino-kiselina amidohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N-acil-L-aminokiselina + H2O karboksilat + L-aminokiselina
Ovaj enzim ima široku specifičnost. On takođe hidrolizuje dehidropeptide.
