2,6-Dihidroksipseudooksinikotinska hidrolaza (EC 3.7.1.19) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 1-(2,6-dihidroksipiridin-3-il)-4-(metilamino)butan-1-on hidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 1-(2,6-dihidroksipiridin-3-il)-4-(metilamino)butan-1-on + H2O 2,6-dihidroksipiridin + 4-metilaminobutanoat
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz zemljišne bakterije Arthrobacter nikotinovorans.
