(R)-limonenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.20, (+)-limonen sintaza, geranildifosfat difosfatna lijaza (formira (+)-(R)-limonen), geranil-difosfatna difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira (+)-(4R)-limonen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira (R)-limonen).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- geranil difosfat (R)-limonen + difosfat
Ovaj enzim posreduje prvi korak u biosintezi karvona.
